Carlton Village Neighbourhood Forum was established in May 2014 to represent the village in the neighbourhood planning process and to write a village neighbourhood plan.
We are one of 35 neighbourhood forums in the Leeds area.
Structure and governance
We are a non-parished neighbourhood forum recognised by Leeds City Council.
We are governed by our constitution which was agreed at our inaugural meeting in May 2014.
Who are we?
The forum has over 50 voting members and a steering committee. The committee has the following members:
Chair Peter Ellis
Vice Chair Jan Furlong

The steering committee usually meet once per month. Please contact us if you would like to know the date of our next meeting.
